Estrellita 5.10- 1,100 ft
One of the first routes in El Potrero and a great moderate line. The Royal Arches of El Potrero

Estrellita is one of the best moderate long sport routes in El Potrero. It was one the first long routes in the canyon. I think it compares to the Royal Arches in Yosemite. One of the best moderate passages up an impressive wall, the climbing is not much harder than Yosemite's Royal Arches at a reasonable 5.7 A0.
This is the hardest section of the route for most people. The short cruxes make this a great route for the climber just breaking in to 5.10, and the climbing is fun and rewarding all the way. The crux pictured below is a 15 foot section of offwidth, but you can climb on the crimps if you want.
The summit is also one of the best parts of the climb. You top out a formation right next to a palm tree, and have a great view of Hidalgo and the whole area from the top. The route is a 12 pitch route by the book. All of the pitches are 100 feet or less making linking pitches a great option on this route.
